抽象的な構図から成り立っているこのキャビネットは、従来の壁を背にする収 納家具とは、根本的にコンセプトが異なる。この家具は様々な観点から見る事 が出来、様々な機能を持っているが、引き出しや扉の開閉部は、外からは見え ない。まるで小さなモニュメントの様である。空いている空間に、CD や雑誌 を置いたり、飲みかけのワイングラス、コーヒーカップを置いてもいい。つま り、内側には隠しておきたい収納物を、そして外側も便利な収納スペースにな るのである。白いボックスは、グラフィックプリントを施すことで、全く違う 表情を見せる。

This cabinet which consists of abstract forms, when compared to traditional wall cabinets, follows a concept that is fundamentally different. This piece is able to be viewed from various vantage points. While multifunctional, the openings of the drawers and doors are concealed when closed; in this form the cabinet appears like a small monument. The spaces between the box forms are perfect for any items from CDs and magazines, to wine glasses and coffee mugs. Both the inside and the outside of this cabinet form convenient storage spaces for items you want to hide, or display. When graphic prints are applied to the white box forms, a completely different expression can be achieved.
